We didn’t come to stay at the hotel because you couldn’t give us the twin beds I requested when I booked the room.
The email message after I paid said couldn’t guarantee one and would need to upgrade on arrival if available. Not what I booked and paid for.

When I arrived I was given a free room upgrade that I wasn't expecting. The room was clean and very comfortable, with both a bath and a shower, which I really appreciated. I used the pool and the steam room. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a large variety to cater for all tastes.

Beautiful room with a lovely balcony and a hot tub. The telegram made a lovely birthday cake plate which was a lovely touch, they also let me check in slightly earlier which was lovely
