Loved that room was up graded, never expected that! Upped to the bridal suite, huge sleigh bed. Fab. Whirlpool bath in the en-suite, that was fun!

The room was gorgeous! The breakfast and service received was even better! Janet was an exceptional host and couldn’t do more to make our stay better! We will be staying here again!

It was located in a quiet location. Plenty of room to park.

The flies in the room were not nice. And there was a very unpleasant smell when sat outdoors in the tea room garden. As our stay was for only one night we did not mention these problems. But it would make us question a stay of any longer.
fabulous room, brilliant bathroom , tremendous selection of drinks to make in room and delicious biscuits. all farm produced food for breakfast
lovely place , offers so much more than a farm b&b

Burscough is a very spread out area, probably with sat-nav it's easier to get around. But the area of West Lancashire is a hidden gem and with coast a short few miles away is worth exploring - lots to see, landscape, wildlife, birds, historic places to visit, good travel links. Very close to Southport, Liverpool and Manchester.
Lovely cottage that fitted our needs perfectly to attend a family service in the area, and so much nicer than a couple of nights in a corporate hotel. Nice welcome, good quality breakfast pack, great stylish design throughout, with character. Extra blow up bed enormous! Great location with good local pubs and the walk along the canal is lovely with good wildlife- we saw birds and bats. We had to make a few last minute changes to our plan, and Adrian was super helpful.
travelled up from W. Wales for brothers funeral. The welcome we received, second to none. Room beautiful. Hall itself, stunning with history. Location truly beautiful. Staff, especially Gary, went above board to make us welcome and couldnt do enough for us. (Hated leaving!!). Food equal to any 4 star London Hotel for dare I say it cruise ships! Definitely haute cruisine & adored the ribs!!!
Location is beautiful lovely country hotel and the Breakfast is Superb all freshly cooked and so tasty. Mark & all the Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Excellent service & a special thankyou to Ebony.
Our room was very spacious with a large double bed. The shower was lovely. The hotel was in a nice setting with plenty of free parking. We found all staff very helpful and friendly.
For the price of the room it was good, had a nice view. Breakfast was good apart from the scrambled eggs. The hotel was in a nice location. Staff was very friendly
