We stayed in room 24. The bathroom was massive, beautiful and comfortable. The bedroom is also an excellent size, and omg the bed was sublime!!! We both had the best night sleep we have ever had in a hotel.
They had really thought about everything that you would need IE, hair dryer (with diffuser), heaters, fans tea and coffee machine.
We didn't see a lift in the part of the hotel that we were in, we didn't need one but it is worth bearing in mind if you have heavy bags, disabilities ect.
The restaurant is decorated beautifully and was very warm and cosy but we didn't eat there so couldn't comment.
Overall we are extremely happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great location for overnight stay whilst travelling North. Very comfortable spacious room and a nice breakfast.
There are many places to visit from the location. We went to Buxton, Matlock, Trentham Gardens, Hodnet, Astbury Lake, to name a few, so many interesting places close by.
We had own transport, the cottage is in the countryside , there are a couple of pubs, but transport would be useful to get to them.
