Loved the layout of the room the size of the room the shower was great the staff where amazing the atmosphere was relaxed no one rushed us even when we had checked out the still allowed us to have a game of pitch and put and told us we where able to use there facilities until we where ready to leave thought that was amazing.

The walks in this part of the country are stunning as are the beaches if you get the weather! And there's never a shortage of good places to eat. If you have a furry friend, the majority of the shops and restaurants are pet friendly.

Anstruther is a lovely and lively little town in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. It has a very picturesque harbour, good eating places, including the wonderful and award-winning Anstruther Fish Bar, a number of interesting shops and a well-stocked Co-op. It is within easy reach of other lovely little East Neuk towns/villages, including St Monans, Pittenweem and Crail, and the university town of St Andrews, which is a must for visitors to the area. The RNLI shop at Anstruther harbour has a really good selection of little presents to take home to loved ones, including the iconic yellow wellies for little feet!Elizabeth - 10Scored 10

The cottage was in a great position for a view of Anstruther and a 5min drive to the seaside front was ideal. Anstruther is a great fishing village, with plenty of cafes and restaurants for all needs, with easy access and parking along the front, with a 5min drive either way to other quaint fishing villages. Bathroom was very well done. The breakfast was superb with wide variety of offerings and cooked to order. The cozy restaurant served delicious food. Anstruther is a small village and so much better for us than the crazy traffic and noise in St. Andrews. Stay in Anstruther, enjoy the harbor and walking around the town. If you must go the St. Andrews it's just a 20 min. drive away.DanUnited States

Mum loved the cake & biscuits, i loved the wine. Walkable down to the pub in Cellardyke and along to anstruther. ( if unlike me you dont have an 88yr old with you) Bed was comfy and got a great sleep. Communication with Jules was great. Probably one of the nicest apartments i have ever stayed in and i travel a lot!! Very very highly recommended!!

The house has lots of children’s books and games, which we didn’t use but would be great for a family with younger children. The kitchen was well-equipped and the TV and Wi-Fi worked very well. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the showers worked well. The Dreel Tavern across the road is a great location for dinner.
