I've been visiting Bad Hofgastein for 12 years in the summer holiday, and with every visit it gets a bigger space in my heart. Plenty of memories, plenty of relaxation, plenty of beautiful and peaceful sceneries, and every year people are being nicer and sweeter. We visited the thermal pool, the minimum stay is 4 hours, which is probably little bit too long, but the water was nice and warm, outdoor pool with a mountain view. Shops available. Petrol station available. Skilift right at the center. It’s nice little town.
It’s nice little town. If you like skiing and bathing in one of spa areas, then you will enjoy. Not lot of restaurants and good ones are always reserved so you need to prebook if you want to have lunch or dinner. The thermal baths are fantastic. Extremely beneficial and beautiful for your body, along with dry sauna and steam room. The view from the pool was breathtaking. Very good amenities. The town center is very very charming and quaint A wonderful destinationAAnonymous - 10Scored 10

It wasn't good · I was looking for dog-friendly accommodation, I wanted to relax, spend 2 quiet nights, but there weren't too many appreciable positives, it probably nuances things a bit, that's what happened. My dog is 9 months old, going to school, this has never happened before at home and in other environments, but when I left the room he chewed on the leg of the chair. The photos I attached show how much. It was probably a new place for him and that’s why it happened. I also immediately received the email that damage had occurred, the invoice was sent. I also attached the invoice to the photos. They sent me an invoice for € 162.80 and asked if they could deduct it from my credit card. I wrote to agree on an amount, I’m very happy to pay, but that’s maybe a little much. Then the next day I noticed that the amount had been deducted from my bank account without my permission. Anyone who wants to go with a dog, I don’t think so, because it can happen at any time. But I don't recommend the hotel even without a dog. Disgusting attitude!

The facility is so clean, adequate that make you just feels like at home. we spend our Christmas holiday here and it‘s so memorable that we enjoy skiing and spring and stunning Mountain View just in front of your Balkon. Katharina‘s mother prepare super delicious homemade Christmas cookies for us. this department is about 7 min drive toward Bad Hofgastein. So this stay is quite, peaceful and away from crowd. If you drive here for holiday, super recommended.

The landlord Mr. Huber is a super person, Mr. Lee the cook great in kitchen., the cleaning lady super friendly... I stayed here for 20 nights... Dinner and breakfast excellent, pool and darts and ping pong for free.. All the drinks in the bar are for free too... Huge parking space... Directly in the heart of Bad Hofgastein... Very clean and nice rooms mostly with balcony...pets allowed without surcharge... Family runned hotel... It was great 👌and we will be coming back for sure

Bad Gastein valley is very beautiful and you have everything quite close. There is a small Hofer shop nearby. We also found a nice playground for kids about 10 minutes away by foot. You park your car right next to the apartment building.
