Fantastic location just 5 minutes from ski gondola where there are ski lockers making it super convenient. Nice warm clean and quiet rooms with views of slopes and parking adjacent. Breakfast was a modest buffet but evening meals (we were HB) were good quality and good wholesome portions. The hotel has a fabulous terrace which gets the late afternoon/setting sun and is very popular. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Location and rooms were excellent so was the very friendly and welcoming staff. Big thanks to receptionist Mayra who lets us check in promptly after we had a long journey and she was very personable, efficient and professional. Also buffet meals were great, we had half board with a nice variety and Michel's charming service was outstanding, giving us recommendations of local dishes (spot on!) and made our stay most pleasant. Muchisimas gracias :-)

Excellent for a family- some excellent restaurants & very family friendly bars. Apres ski a bit quiet if you were young free & single.
Harp bar excellent - great craic with staff- music twice a day.
A warning for family shusski beside main gondola hired out sleighs for kids to use but you weren’t allowed use them on the slopes beside. No refund when we returned them 2 minutes later- told us there was a place 10 minutes away in a car😡
Fat alberts great restaurant staff & quality food. Bar staff upstairs- well just expect a long wait before you get served🥵

Excellent skiing area.
Excellent skiing area. All staff in the lifts, ski instructors and ski school staff were very friendly. We even had maintenance staff lift deck boards in the eating area to retrieve my daughter’s phone!
Restaurants options are good but bookings are required in peak season. So, spontaneity can be limited.
Only minor criticism would be that the Apres Ski party's can start a little late (around 6 PM). So, hard to go straight from the piste and hard to schedule in if you are staying a bit out of the town centre. We were there during half term though. So perhaps an atmosphere or entertainment starts earlier at other times.

It was my first trip to Soldeu and was surprised by the good service provided. Stayed at the Naudi Hotel which was only a few minutes walk from the lift. Lockers were provided by the Hotel directly at the lift (free of charge). We had dinner at Naudi's one evening and the food was outstanding and can only recommend. Also to recommend is the Michelin Star Japanese Restaurant at the Hotel Hermitage - probably the best Japanese food I ever had.
Soldeu is a very small village but offers everything you need including small grocery stores. Nevertheless I was surprised by the prices which are comparable to swiss skiing areas.
It was definitely a great experience discovering the beautiful slopes and skiing area, but in the future I might still go for Austria or Switzerland. Compared to other skiing areas it was not very international and mostly spanish guests.

Nice mountain little town.
Nice mountain little town. Good to relax and go either skiing or hiking. Enough restaurants and bars to try, some with live music (at least during skiing season).
There’s a couple of clothing shops, 2 little supermarkets and even a pharmacy.
I do miss a bakery.

Great resort. Plenty of runs & lifts.
Great resort. Plenty of runs & lifts. We didn't sample the nightlife, but there were several pubs(some with live music on the weekend) and loads of resturants to choose from. Plenty of shops for groceries, gifts and of course ski gear.

Skiing was extensive and suits all standards.
Skiing was extensive and suits all standards. The hotel is super convenient for the lifts. There are not loads of restaurants in the resort, as it is quite small but the quality is very good. And the sun always shines!
The staff were absolutely lovely. They made you feel very welcome. The breakfast is just right, plenty of choice and variety. The bonus with this hotel is they have a small spa - swimming pool , jacuzzi and sauna - great for post skiing relaxation. There is a small charge of €10 for this but well worth it. Also they have an arrangement with the ski storage place at the gondola so that you can leave your gear there. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and a cozy bar if you don't fancy going out.
.We really enjoyed our stay in Soldeu. Location of the apartment is excellent, you can see from the windows slopes and skilifts. View is fantastic. Skilift station is just across the street. Skiing is uncomparable, great! Apartment is big, 2 bedrooms, big living room, very comfortabl for stay of 6 or more people. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Kate, the manager was available and helpful. We will come again.
Very clean and Covid aware. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was in a prime location. Great idea to have a locker provided for ski equipment at the gondola station. The owners were very helpful and the food was lovely. We look forward to returning next year. A lovely family run hotel.
The breakfast was adequate, standard continental breakfast, but very good.
Our room was a good size, with twin beds, which were very comfortable. The room and hotel were spotless.
Situated in the centre of Soldeu, so handy to get around the village. We were lucky to have a parking space for the whole time of our stay.
Very nice building, clean modern recently renovated rooms, good and free breakfast, friendly hard working staff, hotel has arrangements for free ski lockers at the main ski departure area where the gondola departs Soldeu, hotel is only 150 meters from the ski departure area, bar has nice and warm sitting aream
Great location, short walk to gondola where we left our ski equipment. Cosy warm apartment great size for family of 4 adults. Good living room area, shower was brilliant and separate toilet useful. Close to restaurants in Soldeu. Balcony and views were brilliant for new year. Reception lady very helpful.
This is by far the best luxury option in Soldeu. The reception / bellboy / valet parking / ski service & housekeeping were faultless. The check in and check out, dealing with luggage & skis etc was seamless and with impeccable teamwork. Worth the pricetag with one caveat.
Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, great view, great gym, ski rental store embedded into the hotel, easy parking, nice bar. Overall comfy beds. Even the staff that drives you to the slopes is friendly and helpful.
We loved everything about this hotel! Highlights included the daily shuttle bus to the lift, super helpful staff, regular cleaning of our room, good atmosphere at the bar, spa, locker for skis and so much more. We would definitely return.
The location is stunning as the hotel is in the Andorran Pyrenees. I really love the Himalayan feel the hotel has, myself having stayed in Nepal for two weeks a couple of years ago… Real good value for money too!
we had a wonderful ski holiday and the hotel was perfect for our kids who are beginners aged 4 & 7 as they have nursery slopes to learn and a kids club which was perfect for our 4 yr old.
We enjoyed the facility and the bar a lot, the hotel is new and well kept the rooms have balconies. The staff was friendly and helpful they gave us recommendations of places to visit.
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel manager, Conrad, made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. The hotel has some mountain-ski-vibes and was very cozy.
