JR Toya Train Station is a 15-minute drive away. The owner was very nice and helpful he called the taxi for us and helped out even if we speak limited Japanese. The facilities were nice and clean.

The breakfast was also great with lots of fresh food. It is a small town but this hotel in very central and easy to access. The staff very very welcoming and friendly.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay, we were taking early/late buses to/from skiing in Rusutsu and they even organised a small breakfast on the go for us! The included breakfasts and dinners were an experience in themselves! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully prepared meals, plus the outside onsen was great. Our room had great views of the lake & were extremely spacious compared to other accomodation we stayed at in Japan. Would definitely recommend!
