We were upgraded to a room with a private onsen. The place was clean, staff members were kind, helpful, and very hospitable. Although communication was challenging they tried very hard to answer every question we had, which were many (highly appreciate the guy attending to dinner!)
We loved the complimentary roasted green tea and wanted to buy some for souvenir but they didnt sell it. Instead they gave us 5 sachets as souvenir, much appreciated!
Would come back if we have a chance.8

It’s my first time staying in a hot spring hotel, and it’s also my partner’s first time experiencing a hot spring bath. Everything is perfect—the room, the view, the food, and the staffs are very friendly. We regretted only staying for one night; we tried to extend for one more night, but they were fully booked. Definitely will go there again next year.

The food was incredible and the portions are huge, so bigger eaters can be assured that you won't go hungry. The staff are super sweet and not overbearing. The onsen is also perfect and well maintained, love the basket of onsen items that is given to us in our rooms. The property is very quiet and peaceful, it is great for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel has an amazing level of calmness and it was very easy to relax in the lounge areas and cafe.
The staff were very kind and helpful and there were no TVs or random screens blaring useless noise anywhere in the public spaces. I was able to read a lot of great books snuggled up in swinging chairs, hammocks and on sofas.
The free coffee and herb water (after 10 or 11am) was a great treat.
The lounge wear provided was super comfortable so I bought myself a set.
The gelato at the cafe was great, but get it fresh, not in a frozen takeaway cup.
The cafe also had a great assortment of food which was brought out by a cute robot that tried to serve it to the big teddy bear seated at my table.
Experience culture authentically with a stay at this traditional Japanese-style accommodation. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
