Absolutely amazing and thoughtful service from the lady who attended to us (she knew we were fans of the copperware from gyokusendo and brought out her personal wedding cups that were gifted to her for us to try). Every single thing was so carefully thought out and crafted, food was amazing, waking up to the sound of waters was amazing, the beautiful compound for us to walk around was great. We only wish we could have more time to spend in the ryokan. The massage is a MUST try - it’s corrective and helped straighten our misalignments.

津川温泉 清川高原保養センター, hotel in Gosen

26 km from Suntopia World in Aga, 津川温泉 清川高原保養センター features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath and public bath.

Small onsen with 7 rooms for overnight stay. The baths are simple but clean and with very nice water that leaves your skin feeling soft. During the day the onsen can also be visited as a day guest (500 yen), but after 20h the baths and central tatami hall are just for the night guests. Friendly staff and serene mountainous environment. Recommended!
