Each chalet is separate and each has its own private plunge pool and patio overlooking the Crocodile River and the Kruger National Park. the place is beautiful, clean, great location and has everything you need for this kind of trip. they also offer guided safari tours which were a lot of fun and the guide knew all the best trails and spots (don’t do the full day, its too exhausting. sunrise tour is perfect). We are both vegan so they made special food for us which was good enough

Located in the province of Mpumalanga, Needles Lodge offers traditionally-styled, rooms with a patio. It features a poolside entertainment terrace and a country-style lounge area. Kruger National Park is within a 30-minute drive away. Needles Lodge was absolutely amazing; by far the best accommodation experience I have ever had. The lodging and amenities themselves were wonderful with an excellent, convenient, and easy-to-find location. The staff, however, was what really set it apart, as they were always going above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable, perfect stay. The dinner and breakfast served at the lodge were also incredible - with copious amounts of delicious food! I also really enjoyed the communal aspect of meals and the activities - as a solo traveler, the other guests were very friendly and kind, and I had a great time. The game drives could all be arranged and paid for through the lodge, which was very convenient and transport to/from the park was also done by the lodge for each excursion. I was so sad to leave and will definitely be back. If you are looking to visit Kruger National Park, please look no further - Needles Lodge should 100% be your go-to stay.

It has garden with a pool and includes a restaurant and a bar. Staff here were amazing, always very helpful and super friendly with incredible service. The food is great too! We were never left hungry during our stay. It was very quiet and relaxing. A great location with lots of options for activities. We happened to leave something very valuable in our room, and staff were amazing at helping us organise a courier service to get it back!
