Features include an on-site restaurant, The Franklin, and rooms with free WiFi. the room was charming, rich woods, warm area rugs, large windows created a very inviting atmosphere. Bed and linens were top quality, bathroom had marble floors and walls, very clean, well stocked with toiletries and large thick towels.

The 30-A Inn & Suites are 5 minutes’ drive from the Top Sail Hill Preserve State Park and lessthan a mile from the beach. All units are equipped with flat-screen TVs.

We were very impressed with Carol’s customer service prior to arrival, and she was amazing throughout our extended stay. The suite was immaculate and the location was great for exploration of the 30A area, and all of the surrounding cities. We had everything we needed to dine in when desired, the suite was decorated nicely, and the bed was very comfy. All in all, a perfect 4 week stay!
