The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the check out, breakfast, and kick-back times, which a lot of staff at other hotels just assume people know nowadays because of online bookings. It felt very welcoming to have those common things explained. The food was great and the location was excellent and quiet. This is officially my favorite hotel chain in the US.

Underground parking out of the sun. Good sized room and very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast - best scrambled eggs we've had in a restaurant for a long time. Good location. Nice balcony over looking the river.

The themed rooms are absolutely amazing, decorations were a 20/10 as well as being very comfortable. Large shower was a beautiful surprise. I will be staying here whenever I visit! I cannot compliment this place enough!

Very comfy & clean inside and out .Very helpful on everything to see and do in the area.
