Great breakfast and they had a toothbrush and toothpaste for me when American Airline stranded me for the night. Shuttle pickup in the evening went perfect, shuttle dropoff in the morning was ok. It was the first hotel I stayed in for a long time where you genuinely seemed to like your guests. I travel a lot for work and always the hotels seem to hate their guests - this was extremely pleasant.

Clean, quiet, nice bed and linens, nice breakfast. Staff was friendly. Fairly new. Neighborhood seemed fine.

Our room was spotless, the restaurant selections were excellent and the room service was efficient and friendly. Our beds were comfortable and the bathtub in the room was great. This is an exceptional hotel.
