It was my first time at Dallas airport and got a bit lost, when I phoned to ask about the airport-hotel transport, the receptionist stayed with me on the phone until I was on the right spot for them to picked us up. From my whole journey, I was extremely tired, but I felt since the moment that I called them until the last instant when they dropped us, they took good care of us. Every single person there.
