The jacuzzi in the deluxe sea view rooms was everything and we enjoyed one every evening. You can rent mopeds at the hotel too which is really convenient and is only 200 baht for the day. The cafe on site does amazing coffees and is air conditioned. The beach is fab and very peaceful unlike other beaches in Thailand. There is normally a Tuk tuk outside the property to go elsewhere.

Location : very convenient, on the west cost, middle of the island. Makes it easy to explore north, south, and east of the island by motorbike. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden laid out with umbrellas and deck chairs. The people who run the place are so friendly and helpful. The staff would clean the room every day (and bring water and replace towels, etc) - but they also respected that I didn't need daily cleaning and just asked me what I did need. It is only a short walk into town - but the resort itself is quiet and peaceful though I enjoyed meeting other guests over coffee and toast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable.

Seamless transfer fr airport to resort and back to airport always with smiling and helpful staff. Housekeeping was amazing. My son locked himself out of his rm at 9pm and housekeeping promptly sent a replacement keycard. Requests for extra amenities were promptly delivered. 2. Just gorgeous rooms. So huge, quiet, comfortable, clean and luxurious with fabulous views of the andaman sea. 3. While secluded and private, transport within the resort was no problem with the buggy almost always arriving soon after being requested. 4. The amazingly clean private pool- large enough for exercise laps and with a full view of the sea. Well kept grounds. Very few mosquitoes. Amazing! 5. The wonderful spa. A shout out to Mai the therapist who attended to me for her skill. Wonderfully relaxing. 6. All the staff who worked tirelessly, always smiling, very observant and with great initiative- from the security personnel manning the beach sala, always ready to assist, the reception staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping, buggy drivers, transport staff to and from airport. Congratulations to Pimalai for exceeding our expectations!

There was a big bowl of fruits when I arrived which I absolutely loved. The staff were sweet and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing - one of the bests! The gym was great too. It’s a very beautiful resort and my experience was incredibly relaxing. Koh lanta is a small island so you can either walk, get a bike or take a lil tuktuk to get to places. Many restaurants are also near by in walking distance. I will definitely come back and have already recommended it to others.
