There was complimentary coffee, tea, water, some snacks and fruits. The women in the hotel were both friendly and helpful. And our room had a nice view to a temple! Definitely recommended.

The room is simple and clean with everything you need. It’s in old town Chiang Mai, on a street in the heart of the community so do expect the usual sights and smells of Thailand. But this is what we loved about the place!

With it's hotel name translating to 'white swan' the property features different tones of white and genuine teak furnishings throughout. We loved everything! The hotel is amazing, really well decorated & the staff are all super nice! We got by I les for free and they helped us to rent scooters. It is located a 10 min from the old town by scooter / grab and it is very calm ! The breakfast is great too, many choices & served in a nice patio ! This hotel is a must do

The hotel was very very nice with a particular colonial style right close to the town center. A beautiful garden , pool and great lobby with all amenities for free (ice cream, drinks and snack). The staff was really polite, kind and professional in particular IMM who explained us everything about the city and helped us with things to do and see. It’a absolutely recommended.
