The staff were super helpful - reception was happy to answer any questions (in English), offer recommendations, and make bookings by request. Breakfast was far better than I expected, including some Thai desserts, fruits, pastries, and a choice from 4 main dishes (both Western and Asian). Laundry service was also quick. The rooms themselves are very new and clean with some beautiful lighting, and AC was powerful. Finally, the location next to one of the gates and the ring road - instead of in the middle of the old city - meant that it was much faster and cheaper when calling Grab/Bolt. Believe me, that one is important when it's too hot outside to walk for more than 10 minutes.

Room was adequate size and very clean. Wifi was quick but TV was rather small but nostalgic. We're definitely coming back here to stay the next time we bring the kids.

I was a bit skeptical of the very high ranking, but I found it to be well justified. The location is very convenient, the staff are very friendly, and the room was a good size, clean, quiet and tastefully furnished. The hotel features rooms around a pleasant central courtyard, and the local art displayed on the walls is very well chosen. Finally, the cooked to order breakfasts were very good. What more could one ask for?

With it's hotel name translating to 'white swan' the property features different tones of white and genuine teak furnishings throughout. Love the ambiance of the traditional Thai look of the hotel, both inside and outside. The staff was outstanding. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. The space to eat breakfast was remarkable.
