Very clean rooms and common areas. Every room has its own shelf in the common fridge so you can store your groceries. Absolutely lovely and helpful owners who recommended some restaurants and beaches in the area. Very tasty breakfast. Overall a great place and will definitely stay again if we come back to pico

It has a hot tub on the premium apartment and it is just a 5-minute walk to the centre of Madalena village and 50 metres from the Ocean. The apartment is really comfortable and the view is amazing. The ocean is just one minute away. The apartments’ have a really big terrace which is perfect for relaxing.

The property is beautiful, we had a house with 2 floors, spacious rooms, overall cosy place. Garden is beautiful, we sat outside every evening enjoying the view. Also, we got a kind gifts from the owner.

Sílvia is an amazing host and took care to make our stay comfortable. You must ask her about her home made jam, it's super yummy. The house was clean and had everything we needed, it was homely and the bed was comfortable. The place also had a washing machine and washing line which we needed after our stay in São Miguel. The location was great with a beautiful view of mount Pico and the ocean, and is close to a natural Pool. It is also a peaceful area and overall a perfect stay. We felt very relaxed during our stay.
The accommodation was very spacious, and the atmosphere was really relaxed around the compound. Our reception reception was excellent, accommodating for our wishes to have an early exit (and giving us a very early breakfast). Great place, wanted to stay longer to enjoy the beautiful scenery and amenities a little bit more. Would definitely recommend!

Fatima and Jorge were super-welcoming and helpful, the generous welcome basket, strawberry cake, bottle of wine; and also the use of their washing machine and dryer all most appreciated. Handy parking just outside. Close to Madalena and the airport. Sunny terrace at the back and views of Mt Pico.

Absolutely gorgeous views and convenient off-road parking. The breakfasts were definitely a highlight and the lady who served them was a ray of sunshine and made our stay more special. It's a lovely quiet location and the room provides a fridge and kettle, which is handy. The outdoor kitchen is really fantastic. The room is quite standard and comfortable - what you would expect. Nice and warm, gets lots of sunshine.
We loved our stay at Casas do Amarelo. The house is beautiful and has all the necessary amenities. The jacuzzi is perfect if you decide to climb the Pico mountain and relax afterwards. The house has the perfect location, in the south. The hosts are great and very helpful. We only wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely come back!
It is a very nice house in a lovely and very peaceful village. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine with dryer is a big plus! The garden is lovely with so many comfy relaxation options. We had truly relaxing 6 nights in this lovely house. Amelie even provided us with a chair and bed for our 7 months old baby :-) On arrival we received some local goods, the bread was sooooo delicious. We really liked this part of Pico, but you have to have a car. A beautiful place to swim is just near by.
Wow, the stay was just amazing. The rooms were clean and big, the view was amazing over the ocean, the Garden was beautiful to sit and Relax. The stuff was sooooo welcoming and lovely, helping us with everything we needed. Thanks so much to let us feel like home.
Everything. It is a lovely apartment, with breathtaking views, a lovely terrace, very well equipped, super clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed it very much, and having the possibility to use the jacuzzi was just the cherry on the cake. We will always remember this apartment as one of the best accommodation we have stayed in. I would totally recommend it to anyone visiting Pico.
