Wi-Fi is free. It was a fantastic place to get over the altitude sickness of the first days in Cusco area. We arrived here right from the airport, could check in early and spent the full day lying in bed with the headache. But it really was the best place for it! They have a very nice restaurant right on site, and their light quinoa soup was the best to not be hungry but also not overload the system either. They also serve come coca leaves tea. So we could rest nicely and feel great the next morning, and catch the train to Machu Picchu - which was right there :) By the way, there was absolutely no noise in the room, and a beautiful view over a mountain.

They also helped us to get a taxi and visit the Maras and Moray sites. Hotel itself is made from different small buildings and with a big garden in the middle. They also have massage, sauna and jacuzzi which we've done and it was very relaxing.

The atmosphere and location of the hotel in the ancient Incan old town was unbelievable! Rooftop courtyard fantastic for taking the mountains and ruins.

Far enough from the town center to be quiet (though you can hear the train from anywhere in town) but easy to walk to downtown or the Ollytantambo ruins (or pay a few soles for a taxi). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Free parking on site. My husband and I loved our stay in Tierra Viva. The views from the surrounding mountains are beautiful. Staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Food was delicious; both the breakfast menu and the restaurant menu. Rooms are so spacious and well decorated. We loved the green areas where you can chill in hammocks, outdoor beds, and sit around the fireplace. Mind the location is not walkable distance from the closest town which is Urubamba; you must take a taxi to get you there. This is a great stay if you want to relax for some days after the high-pace touristic days.
