Free private parking is available on site. 2nd visit as a layover. Stayed briefly but everything was good. Expect standard warm jetwing hospitality. Had room service. Really good food. Staff friendly and courteous.

Small yet very cozy guest house in a walking distance to Lion’s rock. Super clean and spacious rooms with teraces to sit and enjoy the greenery around. Air con works properly. Modern clean bathrooms. No problems with wifi. There is a power generator in case of electricity shortages. Super delicious and plentiful breakfast made by mother of the owner, freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruits, omlletes, pancakes. We also enjoyed srilankan diner, ate all 3 nights there. The owner Dinesh and his parents are super friendly and go above and beyond to make the stay memorable. I twisted my ankle climbing Pidurangala rock and Dinesh not only provided the first aid and advices about hospital contacts but also followed my situation days later after we left. Sincere and genuine owner who puts his clients interests first. I can’t thank him enough. Would stay at Otunna guest house right away.

The family owners are so kind and helpful with our stay. The brothers are very accommodating when it comes to helping to plan your itinerary for Sigiriya and giving suggestions for what to do. They serve a big breakfast every morning, nice and peaceful pool. The brothers even helped us arrange transport back to the airport. The bed and air conditioning in the room was comfortable.

An indoor play area is also available at Sevonrich Holiday Resort, while guests can also relax in the garden. Amazing small hotel just in few minutes walk from Cave Tample. Pool is great for relaxing after warm day. Outstanding hospitality. Manager helping to organize any kind of tours for reasonable price. Highly recommend

The manager was really lovely and went above and beyond for me. The room was spacious. Would have been relaxing if the room was up to scratch
Beautiful location, the hotel room was spacious, comfy and had lovely views out on the lake. The pool was great and we enjoyed a good mix of exploring Lion Rock and Pidurangala Rock and relaxing by the pool. The food at the hotel dinner was exceptional, incredibly tasty and well presented.
Very big room, super clean and with all facilities you can need. Susantha, the owner, is extremely kind. He also proposed to bring us on a tour and woke up at 4 am the next morning to let us see sunrise in Pidurangala. His wife is lovely and really taking take of guests. The place is completely in the centre and has a magnificent restaurant two minutes walk from the hotel. Just ask Susantha. You will love this place.
Lovely quiet and relaxed vibe. The room was big with a big bathroom. Only a fan but not too hot at night. The owners were lovely and provided free breakfast in the morning. There were multiple swings and seats in the garden to read or chill. Great value for money:)
The best place for us so far in Sri Lanka! We highly recommend this place! It is the perfect location to explore the surrounding areas like Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa, Dambulla and Minneriya National. The staff is amazing and will take care of all your needs and help you with everything, the boys are awesome! The rooms are nice with AC, bathroom is clean, pool is perfect and the food is good. We liked it that much, that we extended our stay from 2 to 5 nights! Thanks for this lovely and relaxing experience!
Lovely place to stay - the rooms are big, clean and have a relaxing balcony overlooking the garden. Manju and his family are great, they are there to help with all of your needs/tours and they cook delicious food. We really enjoyed speaking to Manju and learning about the country and his life in Sri Lanka.

The cottages were set in a rural area. Quiet, green, and relaxing. The hosts were lovely. The breakfast plentiful, fresh, and delicious (hari rosai). I've only rated them a 10 because they don't allow you to rate them 11! Beautiful stay.
Had a great stay for two nights, having the pool is a nice luxury to have to cool off and relax by. Staff were great and very helpful, Sanju at reception was great and helped us organise hikes to pidurangala and sigiriya rock with our lovely guide Dilen. Would definitely recommend doing this! They also organised a taxi for a good price to Kandy and our driver Samnam was great. Would recommend as somewhere to stay as a base for the hikes in sigiriya!
This hotel is absolutely wondefull!!! It is a very lovely and cosy place with large rooms, amazing beds and a great bathroom. It is also nice relaxing at the pool. The breakfast is delicious and we had nice conversations with the staff. We loved it so much!!! Thank you for this perfect stay.
