Absolutely beautiful room with I nice little view, and the bath made it truly relaxing. We stayed in on the colder nights! It's quite romantic but I still just came with a friend cause we were in love with the room! The man was lovely and accommodating he had the most gorgeous doggy friend :) Very clean! Great place with really lovely and kind staff. The rooms were nice, spacious and comfy. The pool area was great, such a nice place to relax. The wine tour/ tasting was lots of fun, and nice wines. Welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. If you are coming by public transport ensure you book a taxi in advance to get from bus to the property. Without your bags however it is only a short walk to town. Overall a fabulous stay!
This was the most beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. Nothing was too much hassle for them, and our room was beautiful. The garden is stunning and the pool is lovely. We felt so welcomed here and the breakfast is exceptional. We were here for our honeymoon and we felt so special, arriving to a bottle of champagne and our room was let immaculate every single day with housekeeping coming in twice!
Wonderful breakfast and very welcoming staff. We received a complementary room upgrade and Prosecco and strawberries as it was our honeymoon, which was a lovely surprise. Seamless service and great recommendations.
We loved our stay at Park Palace. It is outside Florence (half an hour walk) which means it is peaceful and has a lovely garden with a swimming pool to relax in. The hotel building itself is very grand and we loved how characterful our room was. It is a very romantic hotel and we loved spending time there. We would love to come back when we are back in Florence.
I loved everything about this place, the staff was very lovely, they even upgraded us with a room with a jacuzzi because it was our honeymoon. I was so impressed with the place and it really was the highlight of our stay there.
We stayed for a full week and there is nothing we would like to have otherwise during our stay. This place is charming, located approx 10 minutes drive to a lovely Siena. It is a super location if you want to just switch off & relax. Swimming pool was great, restaurant is fantastic with great food & service and ideal for a family or a romantic dinner :-) All staff were kind, they recommended us directions to a beach on one day, even gave us a bottle of wine when we checked out. We will ceratinly come back again! What a lovely place!!
