The villa itself, the garden, its location, the feeling, the staff and everything is so nice and charming. We felt like in a fairy tale. And really enjoyed the huge space in the building, room and bathroom also. Bed is comfortable and we got tea& coffee for the room (nice gesture) and a mini bar (in the fridge) also available.

All rooms have a flat-screen TV and lake and mountain views. Some rooms feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. All rooms include a private bathroom fitted with a bidet. Extras include bathrobes and slippers. the view was very nice, and the breakfast was amazing… Jhona was very friendly and help us with everything!

For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. Our stay in Villa Marina was absolute perfection. Marco was the most incredible host, he was extremely friendly and welcoming, and went out of his way to help us during our stay. The rooms were lovely, and extremely comfortable, and we were lucky to have lake views. Despite being near the road, it was very quiet and you could hear the waves on the lake in the morning. The breakfast was fantastic, especially Tanya’s homemade cakes. We were able to enjoy it on the veranda both mornings. There is lots of different spaces to relax, down by the lake after a swim, or on the terrace. And the 24 hour coffee station was a bonus! The property is about a 10-15 minute walk to Bellano, which is charming, and less busy than the likes of Bellagio and Varenna. there is plenty of choices of restaurants, cafes and bars, and the option to rent boats in nearby Dervio. It’s really easy to get to Bellano from other towns on the lake via ferry, or else by train. There’s also opportunities to hike along the wayfayer’s trail to take in the area.
