Connor and Bridget are really friendly, they'll help you with anything you need and give you really good advices about what to visit.
The breakfast is delicious: almost everything is homemade!

Rooms are individually decorated with a lovely country house style. The rooms all have en suite showers, satellite TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Irons, hairdryers and telephones are also provided and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Great interior design, excellent food at the restaurant at dinner and at breakfast. The hotel gave the feeling of a house rather than a faceless hotel

Stunning location with some fabulous walks. Staff were all excellent- friendly and interested in your plans / your day - exceptional service throughout. Food was delicious. Great spa service. Good sized pool - and outdoor hot tubs with a view.

Had dinner said to our hostess it was our 40 anniversary and we had been there on our honeymoon. She brought bubbly and we got a lovely dessert from them . Breakfast was amazing I love this place I can’t wait to come back
The staff are amazing and so helpful. The thermal suite is very relaxing and especially the outdoor jacuzzis looking out onto the sea. Also it's lovely to have a bit of live music at dinner. We ate in the bar and it did not disappoint! It was our 4th time staying here and we will definitely be back again!
the luxury reception and leisure centre were absolutely a bliss to use. staff were absolutely amazing I paid for a basic room and planned to propose to my partner the hotel took the proposal on board gifted us with chocolates a congratulations card chocolate covered strawberries and congratulations plate with a room upgrade fully complimentary and an early check in. the staff were absolutely amazing at all times and are a credit to the hotel.
The food was lovely. I enjoyed my spa treatments I got it was so relaxing and the hot tub/jacuzzi was lovely and relaxing. Staff was lovely and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
It was our anniversary so they upgraded our room to the penthouse and we got a bottle of wine also. Such a nice gesture that was very much appreciated. We had an absolutely great time. Perfect location, just at the top of Main Street in Killarney and parking was ideal. Couldn’t ask for better, we loved it here

amazing views & location. Bedroom was incredible - lovely furniture, decor and surroundings. Super comfy bed & pillows. Thermal suite and spa were very clean and relaxing however our robes were quite dated and tattered. Agree with other reviews about pool being quite cold - lovely jacuzzi however could have also done with being a tad warmer. All staff we interacted with were professional, friendly and very welcoming.
Loved the style of the interior, very stylish. We had a lovely mountain views from our room. We had mentioned that it was our anniversary and straight away we had our room upgraded.
