The hotel has an Art Deco design and is set in an elegant Edwardian house with some period features. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms complimented with luxury Noble Island toiletries. Most rooms also offer stunning views of the river Rothay or the scenic fells. Everything, the overall experience was lovely, the staff are really nice, hotel is super cozy & clean would love to be back again

With a picturesque location in Ambleside, Ambleside Salutation Hotel & Spa World Hotel Distinctive, BW Premier Collection features a modern spa and a brasserie. There is free parking and spacious rooms with free WiFi and scenic views towards Wansfell. The staff made our visit just that little bit more special. Don't get me wrong the location was perfect, the facilities excellent and the food -especially the breakfast - was really nice but the staff excelled against any previous experience.

The Westbourne serves traditional English breakfast. Guests can also relax in the conservatory or comfortable lounge with real log fire.

Bowness-On-Windermere's quaint shops and restaurants are just a short walk from The Westbourne. Free parking is available. Excellent accommodation Great location

Our hotel is perfectly situated with views of Lake Windermere, just a short stroll from the bustling village centre of Bowness-on-Windermere and the boats that travel the length of Windermere, making it easy to visit Ambleside, Brockhole, Wray Castle and Lakeside without a car. Excellent property with fantastic amenities and great location. The staff were phenomenal.

A 5-minute drive from Bassenthwaite Lake, Ravenstone Manor is an 19th-century manor house set in 3 hectares of ground. The property is at the foot of Skiddaw, overlooking Bassenthwaite Lake. It offers stone walls and en suite bathrooms. We stayed in Room 10. We loved the comfort, the view and the facilities. The breakfast was delicious

With beautiful views of the Northern Fells, Ravenstone Lodge is 5 miles from Keswick, at the foot of Ullock Pike so you can relax in the conservatory or on the terrace and enjoy some of the best Lake District scenery. What a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. Accommodation was excellent as was all the staff members, we had a wonderful welcome, , great food .
