The staff were exceptional, helpful and even did a little surprise for my mum's birthday. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and the hotel was very close to everything including two big shopping malls. The spa was great and the gym had the basic equipment to do a nice morning workout.

Guests can relax with a drink from the bar in the evening. our room was comfortable, adequate space for luggage, etc., great shower, bathroom also adequate size. the small gym had quality equipment, we used it daily. nice that they had a hamam, although we didn't' use it. i also liked they coffe, tea and water facilities in the lobby. the staff was very nice and helpful.
