We arrived earlier than our check-in time and even though we couldn’t get in to our rooms straight away, we were able to use the pool and sauna hours before. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and the coffee machine in the reception area ,where everyone could help themselves freely, was amazing. Our rooms were fantastic- One of the rooms was very modern and the other one was typical German style. Everything was really clean and comfortable and we had beautiful views of the sea. Breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone.

Starnberg and Lake Starnberg are both only a 10-minute drive away. Very nice, modern renovated hotel near Munich in beautiful surroundings. Excellent breakfast, but we were a bit taken aback by the German reality of free days, where Tuesday and Wednesday were "Ruhe Tage".

Nice location near Sternberger See. The staff were the friendliest and Petra, the owner, has decorated the place in a personal and lovely southern country style. I stayed for the weekend and it was wonderful.
