The delicious breakfast buffet consists of mostly local produce as well as homemade jams. In the evenings, guests can relax on the terrace with a good Saxon beer or wine. Great place overall. Very nice location along the river below the park. The highlight was the warm and welcoming owner and the lovingly set up breakfast room. Excellent food and lots of nice choices. No detail was missed and it made for a special start to the day.

Offering a garden and a sun terrace, Pension Waldhäusl is quietly located in Bad Schandau, just a 6-minute drive from the River Elbe. Free WiFi access is available and the area is ideal for hiking and cycling. The staff was very very kind and friendly. A true family business which is rooted in the area. Also, the room was very quiet and newly renovated. Breakfast was very good. Good link with public transport as well. Dinner (add additional charge) was very high quality local food. Albeit being situated on a seemingly big road, there practically no traffic and the area was quiet.

Breakfast is served at the property, and a restaurant is located 30 metres from the property where regional dishes are served. Guests are welcome to relax with a drink in the lobby, which also has a separate smoking area, or enjoy a homemade cake in the café. Everything was great, a big room, modern bathroom, comfy bed. We got a nice variety of homemade jams for breakfast, interesting salads we've never seen before. The location is great for hiking routes and also not far from Dresden (30min drive). The owner was very welcoming and provided very nice tips on local sights and hikes.

Our beautiful holiday home is close to the center and only a few minutes' walk from the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Modernly furnished with Italian flair. Have breakfast on our beautiful terrace or in the conservatory. Use our 24/7 bar and enjoy... Great hotel near the centrum of Bad Schandau. The staff speaks germen and sometimes also czech. Great location for if you would like hiking in near national park.

It was quiet, even if it overlooked the market. The shower was perfect both in speed and hotness of water. The room was clean. I would have appreciated a better quality wifi, but it is what it is. The breakfast was ok, i loved that i could have it outside. I would have appreciated some fresh vegetables and some fruit. But all it all it was ok, maybe a tad expensive tho.

Located in Dohma, Landhotel Heidekrug features free access to the indoor pool, sauna and fitness centre. There is also a leafy garden with an extensive furnished terrace, a large pond and a petting zoo. We stayed only one night, but we were really satisfied. We got spacious and clean room with big terrace and we could use spa that was included in the price. Breakfast was delicious and we liked the garden with the animals and bowling in the building. The staying was for a really good price vs. quality.
