The only thing I didn’t like the maid came for service of personal laundry when she saw I had lots of laundry she kind of changed the subject and just walk out. I felt that she didn’t want to do it.

Amazing people in a very quiet beautiful and clean place ! They receive the travelers as family and they are willing to help at any time. ! The breakfast and the food were delicious and in big portions. The owner also did something special with local food that was super delicious !

Our stay in Salento was wonderful. The hotel was lovely with excellent breakfasts and very nice rooms and beds. The garden was a tranquil place to relax and have breakfast. The staff were so kind and helpful and sorted out so much for us including a very interesting coffee tour and a fabulous morning trekking with horses.
We loved our stay at Terasu. Lovely and fresh breakfast option. Used the sauna and jacuzzis every day. The staff is very attentive and so caring. Special shout-out to the reception staff Santiago and Yai!
The property has one of the best so far internet connectivity by fiber optics, I enjoyed the breakfast prepared by single order by the friendly kitchen staff , and last but not least the location around the Colombian mountains gives you a stay of connection with nature, birds, horses and such. I will return on the later future to this lovely place to rest , relax, be connected to the world and visit the wonderful town of Salento in Quindio , Colombia.
Everything! The tranquility, the staff, the amenities, the location, the pool and jacuzzi, the price - all of it was excellent. I highly recommend this place for people wanting high quality accommodation and a relaxing atmosphere.
The place is very beautiful, resembling an old colonial house. The double rooms are spacious and offer a lovely view of the surrounding Andean forest. The staff is very friendly and energetic, contributing to a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The hostel proposes many activities, but I definitely recommend the visit to Kasaaguada.
We had the Suite with Queensize bed and this was one of the best rooms we ever stayed in! The private jacuzzi is very nice to enjoy the lovely views. We also loved that they offer free water! Feeding the hummingbirds was one of our favorite activities during our trip! The landscape is just breathtaking there. Just be prepared that it’s pretty cold in the whole hotel and bring warm layers! We had a fireplace and fan heating in the room, still it was pretty chilly. Good thing there are warm pools to warm you :)
Amazing place with beautiful views. Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you would need. (Fridge and unlimited filtered water for free) Great terrace with hammock makes the stay very relaxing. Shared jacuzzi and sauna are great additions after Cocora trekking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are so kind and lovely and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and the food is amazing, tasting so good, it’s delicious. The environment is so peaceful and beautiful. We stayed for three nights and wished we could stay for weeks. San Remo is close to the hot springs and you can do nice hikes or trips by horse, or just relax.
The place has everything you need to submerge in endless relaxation and connect with the nature. We took two different rooms, the Master Suite “La Roca” which has a swimming pool and jacuzzi, and other room “the nest” which is directly in the forest. Both room types have different vibes which we enjoyed at most. Property has a lovely restaurant, with good food, drinks and stunning views.
This place is just a gem! Everything is perfect, the interior, the jacuzzi, the lovely personell (thank you Lina and Claudia), the views and the tour around the coffee farm. We just loved it! It’s great with kids (they love the jacuzzi) but we highly recommend it as a romantic get-away as well.
