Everything.. a lovely treat to stay at this beautiful historic hotel. Stunning views of the Danube, thoroughly enjoyed.
We had room in old part of the hotel. Part of the hotel was under the reconstruction and another part is quite old. But it was very clean. Wellness is amazing. I was totally in love with outside pool in relax area. Breakfast was delicious.
Perfect place to relax and explore Wachau valley area. Beautiful garden, scenery and good breakfast to start the day and chilled local wines to end it properly as well. Brigitte is a great host!

Pension Marillenhof was a lovely choice for our two nights stay in Melk. The location of the pension is great, only a short 10min walk from the old town. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The terrace on the top floor is also a lovely spot to relax after a day of walking in town. The room was well equipped, had all the neccesary amenities for a pension.
We stayed in room 204 which is on the same floor as the wellness. The room was very spacious, had a bath, a sitting area and a balcony. We loved the saunas, the pool and the jacuzzi. The breakfast was lovely, we ordered some eggs, you can juice fresh carrots and apples. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant. The day of our check out we were able to use the wellness after checking out. We had it all to ourselves.
got an upgrade to a lovely suite: very nice large room, brand new, very comfortable large bed, nice sitting area with sofa / coffee machine / fridge, plenty of space for luggage & clothes, location is very quiet and only 5 min walking from city center, excellent breakfast, friendly staff
A wonderful friendly place to stay we could not have chosen better. The family are so caring and will ensure you get the most out of your stay. The rooms are spotless and super comfy. Lovely gardens and areas to relax. The vineyard produces superb wine which carries the family name. You have to try. It is outstanding.
