Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn. A small alpaca farm is also on site, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. It was a beautiful room with a fantastic balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains and hills. It was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I could not ask for more.

In the summer months, you can relax on the sunbathing terrace. What a wonderful little apartment. The shower was great! The bedroom had plenty of room to move around the bed, and the windows had blackout shades. comfortable living room area if you’d like to sit someplace along with a dining table and a kitchen with all the conveniences.  I also appreciated the extras that you could purchase while staying there, like having a load of laundry, done, or purchasing tea or coffee to have in your room while staying there. They also provide a great breakfast each day.

Reiterhof Suassbauer is just 100 metres from Lake Wolfgang and 800 metres from the centre of St. Wolfgang. It offers a riding school and riding opportunities with Iceland horses. Each room has a balcony overlooking the lake.

Guests of the Suassbauer Reiterhof can relax in a sun bed, and play table tennis. A ski storage room is available. Beautiful location. Very friendly and efficient staff

Pension Schlömmer is located 4 km from Sankt Gilgen and has a private beach access to Lake Wolfgang, just 200 metres from the house. It offers for guests a balcony in every room. Guests have panoramic mountain and lake views. Free WiFi is available. The breakfast was good, but there was a shortage of fresh vegetables. True, at our request, they brought us a huge plate with fresh vegetables. Everything is very nicely served, the waitress is charm!

Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. It offers a private beach and a free bicycle and boat rental.

Perfect lake getaway. Lawn and deck in the back gave excellent access to the lake. Lovely dining and lounging options, breakfast was a dream. Staff was personable and ever-present to refresh drinks as needed. Looking forward to coming back.
