Situated in Faak am See in the Carinthia region and Strandbad Drobollach reachable within 2.8 km, Karawanken Lodge features accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, water sports facilities and free private parking. The property features mountain and garden views, and is 6.2 km from Waldseilpark - Taborhöhe. The guest house has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We arrived late in the evening and the host received us carefully, guided us to the apartment, and took time to show us the pets facilities.

On a hill, 20 minutes’ walk from Lake Faakersee, Pension Waldruh offers free WiFi and a large terrace with views of the surroundings. The town centre is a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast is served on site. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.
Drobollach am Faakersee
The rich breakfast buffet offers fine local specialities and an organic corner, and dinner can be booked directly on site. Guests of the Melcher can relax in the open-air lounge with an open fireplace in front of the house, and there is also a terrace with a small smoking area. Amazing breakfast with breathtaking mountain views! Room is clean and comfortable.

We received a free upgrade. The rooms were gorgeous.

There is also an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and the free ski bus stops right outside the property. Good location, close to the lake, close to the forest and the mountain

Nice little room with balcony and the view. Dogs allowed. Parking available. Good breakfast. Good location for trips to Slovenian Triglav lakes, Italian Fusine lakes or Austrian lakes in the area.

Location was lovely and really great. From the Entrance was just a short walk to the lake and by the lake there is an abundance of umbrellas free for the taking. The Appartments have everything in kitchen utensils and id very nicely decorated
A lovely cottage surrounded by mountains. It was very peaceful in a beautiful setting, and the property is modern, spacious, and equipped with everything you could need. It also has a well kept garden, which is great when you’re travelling with dogs. The host was also very friendly and quick to respond. Great all around
Everything was perfect! Very helpful and lovely host, very comfortable and clean apartment, beautiful location, dog friendly. We are very grateful to the host for allowing us to stay a bit longer in the morning :) Delicious coffee! We really enjoyed our stay here and we wish we could have stayed some more days.

The staff are super friendly and warm. I had regular contact with the hotel approaching my stay by WhatsApp and email. I arrived quite late and I received a code to get in. Very helpful with providing a taxi/ transfer to hotel. Superb location, beside bus and train routes. Fabulous panoramic views from the balcony room. A vibrant farmer’s market on Thursday nights until late o’clock, 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Lovely local beer, food and crafts there.
Very kind and welcoming owners who are always ready to help you with anything. Very nice, clean and spacious apartments with breathtaking view on the lake Faaker See. Great location for water sports and cycling. The garden is a lovely place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to come back soon. Thank you very much!
