Rooms are a good size and the space worked perfectly for three adults.
Staff were extremely helpful whenever asked for anything.

Location too close to universal and free shuttle bery frequently. Personnel very cheerful and helpful, they made us even a free upgrade and offered free meal for our honeymoon. We forgot our luggage code and they came as soon as we called to help us unlock it and they unlocked it for us. Very comfortable that has a starbucks, universal studios shop and a restaurant. Value for money hotel.

The private pool and jacuzzi were really great to have. The rooms were nice and big as well. The area is nice an quiet and you see no neighbours, so it's really relaxing to be there.
Very good value for money. The pool and jacuzzi were in very good shape and enjoyable - lovely that they were open late after a long day out. We also liked sitting in the courtyard by the firepit. Altogether it was nicer than we expected.
