All staff very polite friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was great every morning and the woman working in that area was so sweet and helpful . Outside area in back was so peaceful and relaxing it was like having access to a wooded back yard . The tree gazebo was beautiful.

Room service was delicious, also the cappuccino bar was perfect. AM room service was great and the front desk was so helpful. We stayed for Christmas weekend, the whole weekend was great. The decoration were lovely. Made our Christmas perfect. Our pets were with us and they were comfortable foras well.

Location was great with plenty of parking. The reception and bar staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The bedroom was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely but would have preferred wider cooked options.

Newly refurbished, very clean. Spacious. Lovely gym, nice pool. Good choice of breakfast. Best thing is the staff - friendly and helpful at all times. Great location, especially for what we needed it for, ie access to the river below the Powerhouse for the freestyle kayaking World Championships. Also very close to all the bars, restaurants, etc. We were there for two weeks, and were completely happy with everything.

The property was amazing!!! The rooftop bar was a total vibe!!! This place was very peaceful and relaxing me and my husband enjoyed our anniversary weekend on the property… The pool was everything!!! Our room was very clean and the bed was extra comfortable… The staff was everything!!! Very very friendly and helpful!!! We will definitely be back….
