The experience was great. We where there during the September flooding rainstorm and where stuck inside for 2 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful the whole time. We would definitely consider visiting again in the future.

I love this place. It's so convenient to get to from Raleigh and super convenient to walk to the beach. It's just a couple of blocks, and while one of the roads is somewhat busy, there's an easy crosswalk. There's a coffee shop right on the walk as well. The rooms are cute and the deck upstairs is wonderful in the morning. The Carolina Beach State Park is really close by--go on the flytrap trail--as is Fort Fisher, which has a lovely beach too. I also stopped by a lot of the public beach accesses at Kure beach on the way to Fort Fisher. Just great all around, and you can't beat the price!

It was our 27th anniversary and we came to visit my husband's dad! the staff was so warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It's family friendly and the gentleman that came and put my umbrella up at the pool area was a vet I loved that and he was so nice. all the staff was so nice I couldn't have asked for better. God Bless you all and will be staying here again for sure!
The inn had a really cute porch and we were upgraded to a spacious suite with kitchen, which was very convenient. It's super close to the beach, only a few minutes walk to all the boardwalk fun! I also loved the back porch and garden, there were cute dogs there. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.
The receptionist was so polite and sweet. When she found out it was our honeymoon,she upgraded us free of charge!!!! I would definitely come back here.

We had what they called a "smaller room" and it was the cutest room and perfect for our honeymoon. The staff was amazing and helped us with anything we asked... recommendations about the area, extra shampoo and conditioner. Never felt like we were bothering them and they were always smiling and friendly
