The room was amazing… breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The whirlpool was big enough for 3 people - there was a sauna in our room! Lovely clean property.

Centrally located along the river. Very close to shops, restaurants, parks, pier and beach. We enjoyed our stay here and found it very relaxing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Agva is a very small village just outside Istanbul, which is on the Black Sea but has a lovely scenic river running through it. The location is amazing as it sits just on the river. Having breakfast, lunch or dinner on the water's edge is a must.
The manager, who seemed very multi-tasked, was extremely helpful, taking us on a boat ride (free), and ensuring we had all we needed during our one day stay.
In the evening, we had a live singer and we stayed around the fire, which was really enjoyable.
First, this place is still in Istanbul, but the tranquillity was everywhere. Great sleep!
The food and the service were terrific. There is no need to go to restaurants etc.

The service crew was so amazing, you don't see them as long as you don't need them and they are really helpful. we had some special occasions, and they didn't forget. Really detail-oriented people.
We received a free upgrade to a room with a fireplace. The room is cute and has a small shower but it is enough.
The garden has a lot of mandarin trees and the patio is right next to the river, lovely to sit and relax when it is sunny
The location is very good and a 25 minute walk to the city center.
For me this place is really what I want for relaxation, calm, nice location clean facilities and the most important a friendly staff, Mrs. Aish and Eline make me feel like I’m at my own place.The working staff are very helpful and smily caring and helpful.
Everything and everyone..room, breakfast, the view , the staff. Simply it was so relaxing.
