The location is perfect. The host is extremely welcoming and kind. When I arrived he upgraded me to a bigger room as it’s low season so quite quiet, and the next morning I was struggling to find my tour so he phoned around for me and got the answer. Very welcoming environment and a lovely stay! Room was big and comfy, powerful AC! Had my own bathroom which was clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Great aircon, lovely social areas, clean, tidy, welcoming. We had room 5 which is a twin and the single room. The gardens are an absolute aosis to relax in and so beautiful. The location is amazing! So close to the Songkran celebrations which were an amazing welcome to Thailand! Also very close to main strip with the National park opposite and restaurants and shop-s very close by. We loved the feeling of being immersed in the local life. We will be back to the area and to Niwas as we loved our stay!

The rooms and the bed was very comfortable, the ac was good. Lights automatically go off between 11pm and 8am. The outside area was amazing and extremely calm. I loved sitting and reading, the smell of lovely plants and a small water fountain made it incredibly relaxing
