This hotel is a fantastic location, the quiet end of Patong with the beach just across the road. It has beautiful amenities, 2 pools, cute decor and tidy rooms with great views, yummy breakfast buffet etc. Just a short TukTuk/Taxi ride from all of Patong's attractions.
The truly attentive staff helped us feel cared for and at home during our stay.
The staff looked out for my travel companion when I was unfortunately hospitalized which helped me not worry so much, and Daniel & May even visited me with flowers. Daniel collected me on his day off when I was discharged, he is a definitely an Angel and we will definitely return to see him at Homm Bliss Southbeach on our next trip to Thailand.
I don't think our Thailand trip would have ended the same had we stayed elsewhere.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Food, location and service all were up to mark. Fifa the bell desk staff was amazing. He went extra miles to take care of us. Breakfast was very nice with wide varieties. We felt safe and secure. Its a nice family resort. The Halloween party for kids was well organised. The patong beach and the local market were just footsteps away.

The staff were amazing! We were upgraded to the Honeymoon suites which was so lovely. The pool area was beautiful and the food especially breakfast was fantastic!!!
This is an excellent value-for-money hotel in a fab location.
The staff is delightful and helpful. The food is great. The pool (with pool bar) is Iovely. And with great views.
The rooms are excellent- I've stayed in all types of rooms over the last 2 years and they're all great. We were upgraded to Executive Suites this time. These are huge split-level apartments with a large terrace and outdoor jacuzzi.
There's free water and tea/coffee every day. Our room cleaner lady (Dao I think) was lovely.
Highly recommended.

We got upgraded for free and the room was lovely, jacuzzi outside our door wow😍...location was 5mins walk from bangla Rd so a little more peaceful. Pool was great and everything was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again x
Lovely hotel, amazing views from rooftop breakfast and huge selection of food! Staff all helpful and friendly. Location great, just outside of Patong. They upgraded our room to a ‘romance’ room as it was our second stay there which was very kind!
