Hotel setting and surroundings are beautiful and the design/layout is very relaxing. The villa's are very well equipped and an oasis of calm if you just want to relax in your room.
Staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. Genuinely looking to improve your stay. We had an issue one morning caused by the hotel but the manager found us later on and apologised and sorted everything out, including some complimentary items - he completely defused the issue. The retention rates for staff is very high at the hotel and it's clear the staff enjoy working there.
Food was really very good. Three varied restaurants with very good food. The Treehouse (Japanese) was excellent, but book in advance.
The hotel may seem pricey at the outset but it's worth it. There is a reason why there are virtually no bad reviews.

Everything! this property is ideal for families and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We wanted an upgrade in rooms and they did everything they could to change the room for us. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. the ocean facing restaurant is lovely, they had live music and the food is good too. The rooms with plunge pools are amazing. The common pool is also amazing and the kids really enjoyed....would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Massive room, beautiful, quiet, Sandy beach, 2 lovely pools no problem getting beds. Massage on the beach. Delicious cocktails (& long Happy hours!). Good breakfast spread & tasty dinners!
This place is simply stunning - both the property and the apartment itself are great. Much better than what we had expected and what it looks like here on booking. The property has many pools alongside the buildings (including baby pool) lovely grass pads to relax on and beachfront at the back yard. Everything is extremely well maintained and beautiful. The apartment itself is spacious, light, well equipped and the terrace opens directly to the pool.

I loved this place. It's traditional Thai mixed with luxury. We had a pool room and I wish we had booked to stay longer. The food was great and the staff lovely. I would love to stay here again. The booking.com photos don't do this place justice.
Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious 2 bed apartment with private pool, luxury interior and lots of kids and adult activities. Taurus restaurant had brilliant food and we loved the themed buffets there too. Late check out was a bonus! Thanks very much we had a lovely time at this resort.
Had an amazing time at the Sala Phuket. Went there with my girlfriend and proposed at the rooftop dinner one evening.
The staff were lovely and really helped in any way they could to make it a memorable experience.
