Staff were super helpful, even coming to get rid of a gecko in our room - the pool was lovely and clean with a great view - room was spacious and clean with large bathroom. Hotel also ran a regular tuktuk service to the beach and was a great location to relax even when it rained

Ms. Hannah, the receptionist, is amazing! Prior to my arrival she replied immediately to every message. During my stay she was so kind, nice and helpful. The other staff were so kind and nice too. I loved the very quiet location and the presence of restaurants and supermarket in a walking distance.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Krabi, and I had an amazing experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful pool area, which was clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

Lovely site off the busy street so feels like you are away from all the hussle and bussle. Unfortunately the air con in our room leaked the first night but the staff immediately upgraded us to a better room for the rest of our stay.
The pool is amazing, big with more than enough beds for the guests, surrounded by nature , we were fortunate enough to see the dusky leaf monkeys.

Absolutely gorgeous hostel. Perfect if you want a quiet and relaxing vibe to your stay. Dorms were clean and big, as well as the actual ‘bunk’ having lots of room to store belongings, built in mirror and wardrobe. Lovely cafe attached to the hostel with amazing food and free breakfast (toast + tea/coffee). There was also cooking facilities.
Location was good, about a 20 minute walk from Ao Nang beach.
Would 100% stay again, we were gutted our stay was as short as it was.
It's no surprise that Ban Sainai has won many awards for its pool. It was absolutely incredible.
The room (bungalow with jacuzzi) was very spacious, well equipped and had a fab view of the grounds. I appreciated the hand-grinder and coffee beans as a coffee lover and the complimentary banana chips were a lovely touch.
The breakfasts were varied and plentiful
The shuttle bus was on time, and got us where we needed to go.
Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Fantastic place to stay as a backpacker. Felt like a luxury stay after a few weeks in hostels. The small private bungalows are a great place to unwind in a secluded little resort. The owner is absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. The pool is a great bonus and offers a lovely place to relax. Can easily walk to the beach, nighmarket, and several 711's. Would recommend to any backpacker who is still on a budget but looking for something more luxe than a hostel for a while. 10/10 would recommend.
I've been travelling for a while now and this has been the best hotel so far. Room was really spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful, the pool was lovely to swim and relax in. The breakfast was really nice too with great coffee. The cool part was the private jacuzzi bath. Wish I could have shared the experience with someone!
