This hotel is just perfect,staff ,quiet rooms,very comfortable,very clean rooms,amazing brecfast and the lady who is the waitress named Gosia was so kind and friendly!!!!! She made my stay.Hotel is very close to the old town. I have been there twice already and going to visit there again soon:) I wouldn’t choose any other place in Wroclaw.

Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the room was very modern but same time cosy. We didn’t have a breakfast but within room price we could use coffee machine with no limit. We are planning to return to PURO hotel after New Year.

The location was fantastic! Very close to the airport bus stop and old town square! I booked a standard room which was lovely but there was a problem with the electric and straight away, the lovely reception girls upgraded me to a deluxe room with a lovely view!
We had a little difficulty in finding the entrance to the parking but I messaged Olga and she immediately came to us and directed us to the parking. She was really helpful. The apartment itself is lovely, very clean and comfortable and is in a perfect location for a short walk into the town, which is also lovely. We had a perfect stay there and would absolutely recommend staying here.
Amazing location! The apartment is really lovely and atmospheric. It was exactly what I was looking for. The interior is very nostalgic and romantic including very comfortable bed. The apartment has a beautiful day light swiping its contents with golden stripes. The view from the little balcony is incredible. The kitchen is nicely equipped and good size. The bathroom is on the smallish size but has everything needed. Very good communication with the owner.

The hotel and our room far exceeded our expectations. We were blown away by the size of our room and the attention to detail. The staff were lovely and helpful. It felt like real luxury.
Breakfast wasn't replenished enough....but it wasn't very busy so that may have been why. The staff wasnt the most approachable didnt look very happy. There was one lady on the front desk who was nice though.
They gave us a bottle of wine for our anniversary which was nice.
Thus hotel is indeed luxury. Simple interiors with design furniture and solid wood floors and doors which are beautiful. Contemporary restaurant with nice rich variety breakfast. Central location is a plus. I loved jacuzzi in the bathroom and the relaxing spa downstairs 🖤
