Wonderful stay in this luxury hotel. The bed was super comfortable with luxury linen and choice of pillows available. The room was spacious as was the bathroom and the shower was amazing. Spotlessly clean. View from the room was stunning. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was fabulous with large shopping mall just across the road and numerous restaurants to choose from. Easy walk to the famous Piotrkowska Street. We loved it so much we stayed an extra 2 nights.

We really wanted to love the Puro hotel and were looking forward to our stay. We received a sweet surprise for our anniversary which was a nice touch and were generally pleased with the design of the room/bathroom. We used the restaurant and the spa facilities which were lovely and enjoyed the view from our bedroom onto a beautiful palace in the centre of Łódź.

Precious, spacious, quiet and very clean rooms with very high ceilings gives an atmosphere of being at home. There are books on the shelves, there is a separate room for suitcases; cozy benches at the window sill. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to come Lodz and relax. There is a swimming pool with a view all over the city and the gym upstairs. Lovely :)

Hotel fully meat expectations. Two well-sized swimming pools (indoor/outdoor) operating till 21:45 and 22:00 respectively offer you a very good choice of where to relax in addition to sauna and steam room. For some people it might give an impression how the luxury hotels looked like back in 80/90-ies, accessible only to high level communist officials and their guest. Nevertheless the hotel is well kept and maintained.

There was so much we liked about this apartment. It's in an impressive building. It's a quirky design, which was lovely to spend time in. Convenient kitchen facilities. A bath! Which can be hard to find in bookings but I really appreciated the opportunity to relax. The location was great for visiting friends. The centre is close by. A key box for easy check in and check out.

The apartment was great - perfect for a family with two small kids for a short stay (2-3 days). And it is located ~500m from Manufaktura. Also would use this location for a romantic weekend for 2 😉 Did I say the price was really good?

It was a very welcoming and comfortable stay. The building is new, nicely designed and decorated, with parking, good wifi (enough to work remotely), big TV, and a digital code for door access. Moreover, there was an air-condition, which was awesome, since it was extremely hot outside. And the most relaxing and pleasant part is the view from the panoramic window. The owners were also very friendly and left us a small bottle of wine with macarons.
