The room was clean, comfortable and secure, with enough space, and had a lovely covered private terrace. Breakfast is not included but there is an amazing bakery/bar/cafe right next door where you can get wonderful pastries and slices of pizza. You can also park there, and it's popular with local people. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Ostia Antica in 20-30 minutes (although the road is quite busy) and there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The place doesn't look much from the road, but don't judge from the first impression. We were only there 2 nights before returning to the airport, but we wouldn't hesitate to return for a longer stay as it's possible to travel into the centre of Rome using public transport, or visit the coast.

As soon as you arrive you are put at ease. This hotel is run like a family, the staff are laughing and hugging each other and greeting each other so nicely in the mornings. We got to our room and the air conditioning was fantastic. Good size nice cool room with massive balcony. We wish we could have stayed for a few more days! The carbonara I had in the beautiful outside courtyard was the best I'd had my whole trip to Italy! Also the most handsome manager called Winter stole our hearts! Just a few steps from the beach and lots of restaurants and music nightlife. Near airport but a little out of the way of busy Rome but easy to get into town. Felt like a safe place and will definitely be recommending to everyone! P.s. Winter is a dog ❤️
