The staff in this hotel are excellent. Given how busy they are, every single staff member is welcoming, courteous, and more than willing to help.
The hotel is spacious and nicely decorated, and the Larkspur bar is a lovely area for relaxation. The grounds are well maintained, steeped in history, and an ideal getaway to enjoy birdsong, the beautiful flowers, shubbery, and solitude. We loved the Elemis products and the Dyson hair dryer. It was great to have the choice of bath and shower.
Comfortable bed and great pillows
Very comfortable room, very clean, great breakfast, lobby is lovely with comfortable couches with a very relaxed atmosphere , floor staff were super nice!!
Visited with my two teenage daughters. Staff were lovely and friendly, especially our breakfast server. The room was very comfortable and spacious and had all you'd need. Plenty of places to sit and relax inside the hotel. Outdoor terrace and playground area for younger children also.
Great price for an absolutely gorgeous hotel. It’s a little bit hidden but the main facade, entrance hall and cocktail bar are full of 1920’s art deco glamour. The bar was lovely the food fantastic and my room was huge and very luxurious all for a very reasonable price too.
Fantastic staff, beautiful room & facilities. We really enjoyed our time & staff couldn't of been more helpful. Before we arrived I phoned and staff emailed me discount codes for the local amenities. When we arrived we were advised our room had been upgraded, it was perfect for us & baby. We ate at the hotel both evenings. Lovely atmosphere. We're already planning another trip!!
Checked in during the afternoon. Queue dealt with quickly and appropriately. All facilities explained clearly at reception.
