By far one of the friendliest hosts I have ever experienced. Grappa when you get there, grappa when you leave. Always available for a chat or a tip from a local. Miss Jole, an elderly woman living in the building, will make you feel like you are visiting your grandma. Whoever needs their skin sunkissed, a beautiful place to stay the night, their belly full of grappa and their heart filled needs to book here. Everything else like rooms, hygiene, accesibility etc etc is a 10/10 as well.

Communication was fantastic with the him and gave us so many suggestions on where to eat, the best beaches and things to do in Rovinj. He had a place for us to park our car and picked us up when we arrived and dropped us off after our stay was over.

Kristina is a lovely host and made our stay such a comfortable one. She was very helpful in assisting us with parking, meeting us at the parking lot and then driving us to our room. On the day of our departure, her husband drove us to our car which was very nice as we didn’t have to worry about carrying our luggage down cobblestone streets. The property itself is lovely and clean with nice touches all over the place like chocolate and fresh flowers. There’s also a nice little sitting area downstairs and a patio outside which we used during breakfast and for drinks in the evening (it’s a great space for people watching!). Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well which was important as we were visiting when the weather was very warm. We also appreciated that there was a mini fridge and a coffee maker in our room. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay at this property!
