It is an excellent location with less than a minute's walk to the ferry plus many restaurants. The owner was very friendly and offered lots of great tips and advice. The room was quiet despite being in the heart of activity. Occasionally could hear motorcycles but it never woke me as the windows were very insulated.

They held on to our luggage as we arrived much earlier than check-in time and mad ewondetful recommendations for beaches to visit and restaurants to dine in! We were greeted with a smile at every interaction, the room was clean, comfortable and the sea view simply spectacular 😀 They even went above and beyond when we slept in and missed breakfast by offering us some options. Spetses is an island I'd visit again and Klimis is where I'd stay again.

We have the Suite with a sea view. It was large and had so much space, we loved the seating are in the room and how the beds were on the loft upstairs. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very helpful. 5 min walk from the center. We highly recommend it.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the island of Spetses. The hotel was run like a family business and by the end of our stay we felt like we knew the staff and will miss seeing them !
