The space provided was excellent. Bathroom was clean. We were given a room with an excellent view. Staff were so sweet and welcoming.

I have stayed here many times. The hotel offers great value for money in a convenient location equidistant between town centre and Kanali beach. George and his team are easy to deal with and look after you during your stay.

Lovely building - large, comfortable, well-equipped apartment with wraparound balcony. Efficient air conditioning and wifi. Attractive grounds and pool area. Two-minute walk to bakery, supermarket and bike hire, two minutes further to beach. Some pleasant tavernas near beach and a short, inexpensive taxi ride into Poros town and harbour.
What makes this location unique, however, is the personnel. They are always available and I got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble for our hosts or staff if it meant a perfect stay for their guests!
Within 150 metres from the beach, in Askeli, Kostis Villas is set amidst a green-covered area of lemon and orange trees.

The hotel is very well kept and in an ideal location to access the beach in Askeli with watersports and plenty of options for food. To get to Poros Town centre it's just a 5-10 minutes small boat ride (very affordable at 2 euros per person) or taxi (about 5-6 euros) but we loved to mostly walk the distance (about 1.2 miles) and enjoy the scenery. The room was very spacious for just two people and extremely clean with a daily tidying/cleaning by the hotel staff :) After the mornings at the beach, the hotel pool was a bonus to cool off and relax a bit before the night outing. What cannot go unmentioned though, was the hotel manager who was very friendly, helpful and respectful. We noticed that attitude in general on all the locals in Poros and it left a really positive note on our trip as a whole!

Location is perfect. Quiet but also close to anything you need. The apartment and balcony were very spacious. The pool site is lovely. Food is excellent. Above all the owners are very kind and show great hospitality. They made it a perfect stay. Hope to come back again!

The hotel is easy walking distance of the local supermarket, bakery, restaurants and beach (although on a slight hill so less easy for someone with mobility challenges).
Room was spotlessly clean with a lovely view of the sea. The staff were kind and very helpful. Great breakfast. All very relaxed.

Kanali beach was a few minutes walk down the hill as was a mini supermarket. It took about 15 minute walk to the port and same to Askeli beach in the other direction.
Lovely bottle of wine on arrival and room cleaned, towels and sheets changed every few days 😊 Highly recommend.
Lovely location amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive. There’s a nice cove beach next to hotel but it’s not free. The pool area was also relaxing. Reasonably priced for a short stay. It covers all your needs.

The villa's location is ideal, providing a serene escape from the bustle of the port. We loved that our only neighbors were the yachts, which varied in size each day. The rooms are very comfortable, and the kitchen and dining area are perfect for those who prefer to dine in. The lovely terrace offers a wonderful space to relax, read, chat, play games, or simply watch the world go by.
It was walking distance from the port, our room had lovely water views. It was a big room with a very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the included Breakfast which was fresh juice, a huge cup of filtered coffee, and toast. We walked to the beach and loved sitting in front of the hotel watching the locals of Poros. This island is laid back and very relaxing. Our host George was really friendly and helpful.
Everything. The apartment is a good size and has all you need. The view is amazing and so relaxing to sit and watch the sun set. But the best part is Christine and her daughter. So sweet and lovely. A perfect stay. I am a budget traveller and I can't believe what I got for the price. Thanks for the upgrade and the late check out.
