The guesthouse is situated in a quiet area just off the beach and the busy coast road. Garden and swimming pool were gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious and have balconies + a fridge. There are a lot of restaurants in the area but the guesthouse does not offer meals. There is a summer kitchen with a barbecue in the garden though where you can make your own meals. We really enjoyed our 9 days there

It was basic but comfortable. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was very good and open all day and evening. It was a short walk to the beach. It suited us very well and was great value for money. I’d stay there again.

Location is ideal: it is right between the Old City and the new areas, closer to the Old City. Almost everything is in a walking distance. The beach is also a short walk across the park. The hotel is new, and therefore 'not tired'. The room and common areas we very clean.

The real difference made a reception specialist by name Avto (Avtandil). He really makes an extra step to help guests to feel cared for by doing things that are in his power, albeit small but important for people: giving an upgrade if he can, really making an effort to understand your situation and help,

I really liked the apartment, as I understood it was newly opened, it was clean, comfortable furniture, good location, lovely kitchen, the bathroom worked well, you can really relax on the balcony.
It is important that the apartment is located in the first strip of the sea, which was a great comfort for me, the mountain and the sea together are ideal.
I will definitely visit again.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent and so friendly. Also they were very attentive - kindly upgraded the room as it was my guest honeymoon. Loved everything about it went there for my guest honeymoon.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay and I can really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get full rest and relaxation. I don't even what to point out first - the facilities were amazing and perfectly clean, the breakfast was rich and tasty, Wi-Fi was working perfectly, the beach is very close and the hosts were extremely helpful and on service. I couldn't recommend this place more!
Very kind hosts, we felt at home. We stayed as a couple for 9 nights. Who likes a relaxing holiday in a cozy place with friendly and nice people, this is the best place. Very clean, comfortable, modern villa with averything needed for relax: beautiful terrace, very good kitchen with plates, cups and even dishwasher, washing machine, comfortable room, new, small snd beautifull territory, mountains and singing frogs.
Bude offered us a perfect relax for 5 night after travelling around Georgia. It’s really hard to find anything to complain in this place, rooms are nice and cleaning was done every day. Beautiful garden and pool area is nicely decorated and perfect for relaxing. There is a small canteen serving customers by offering food and drinks for reasonable price. Owner of the hotel was welcoming and helpful with all the questions we had. This is the place I can easily recommend to anyone.
