The Stag at Stow is situated in the centre of an amazing town. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a quirky room called the Crows Nest at the top of the very old building. The town had a lot to offer with interesting shops and pubs.

My best friend and I took my 16 yr old daughter to the UK for a "girl's trip." We began our 8-day UK adventure in Stow-On-The-Wold and stayed for 3 days at The Kings Arms Hotel. I can't say enough about how wonderful the Cotwolds are, and what a special place Stow-On-The-Wold is- truly magical! We were so pleased with The Kings Arms- everything about it was perfect. We booked room 7- a true triple room (hard to find) with 3 super comfortable beds, and plenty of room. The decor was lovely and had a very upscale feel to it. The staff was warm, friendly and so accommodating. The pub was great with good food and a nice wine selection. The location was great for exploring the surrounding villages and easy to navigate. We plan on returning one day soon!

They also have a lovely little dog menu. We decided to stay for our evening meal. The food was delicious and arrived nice and quick. The staff where amazing we would definitely stay here again

The cottage is lovely, very well equipped with everything you would need to self cater. Very close to the village shops, cute little patio, beds comfortable. They left us some cookies and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch! Parking for 2 cars which accommodated our 2 families of 4 adults 2 children.

The cottage was in a superb location - easy walk into Stow and a short drive to over lovely villages. We went for a weekend away, just the two of us, which made the cottage a perfect size. The log fire made it a perfect cosy place to relax in the evenings.

Great location and lovely clean spacious room. We were upgraded upon arrival and loved our stay in an attic style room. We stayed in Stuart House which had private parking and was in the centre of town. Breakfast the next morning was great! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely lovely room at the back of a lovely tearoom. Having two slices of cake waiting for us in the room was a really nice touch and the choice of teas, coffees and hot chocolates was fantastic. We never used the courtyard as it was January but I can imagine that's a lovely space to sit and relax in the Sumner.

The staff are really friendly, the food was excellent and the ambience is relaxing and characterful. The room is like a tiny ship's cabin. Beautifully decorated with luxury velvet throw and cushions and a lovely little shower room. Perfect for one person but not for two; unless they're very much in the honeymoon phase. The location in the centre of Stow is perfect. So nice to visit a place where the staff really care. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Very relaxing short over night stay. Didnt get chance to use the facilities unfortunately due to lack of time. Sat out in the garden with a gin and tonic, had a lovely eve meal, the whole experience was just so special especially as they had upgraded us to a suite which was a very nice surprise. Wished we had stayed longer and will definately return. Lovely setting of course in the picturesque Cotswolds!
