I have previously stayed at this hotel and will quite happily stay again. The actual location of the hotel is very good, right next to Nottingham Castle and is very easy to get to. The room was reasonably standard, with the main exception being there is no air conditioning. This could be an issue if staying peak summer and the temperature is high, but for when I normally visit late summer / autumn like is wasn't a problem. Room was quite large, with sufficient room for the inclusion of a sofa which was nice to use to view the TV when in the room. Bathroom was clean and tidy, actually had a proper bath installed which was a nice bonus, but obviously there was also shower fitted. If anything the bathroom was a little small, probably due to the inclusion of the bath but was perfectly acceptable for my needs. Breakfast was as expected. Usual selection of different types of breakfast food, from cereals through to full English. Restaurant area was okay, but if really busy it could seem a little crowded. No problem staying here again.

Clean, comfortable but disappointed breakfast not. Included. Exact directions how to get to the hotel off the roundabout would have been welcome given that the roundabout is very busy and too easy to miss the slip to the entrance.

Large spacious rooms decorated in old style furnishings. Large bathroom too, clean and comfortable. Breakfast cooked to order and we had dinner the first night which was very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. The hall is right next to Nottingham racecourse a short walk to bus stop to go into city centre. Also free parking on site.

Stayed in Musters apartment. 2 doubles and a twin. Location is perfect for Trent Bridge and the West Bridgford village. The apartment was well laid out and spacious. The building is Georgian and beautiful from the outside and we had views of the park. One parking space provided. It was quiet and the bedrooms were comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. One huge bathroom.

Location was nice, although the view from the room was the car park. In the terrace of the bar it was nice looking out over the course

The staff are amazing, so friendly and approachable. We came for my boyfriend’s birthday and they upgraded us to the penthouse which was a lovely surprise! The complimentary breakfast is such a nice touch. Stayed here before and will continue to keep coming here!
Breakfast was lovely and covered all requirements. The Sunday lunch was beautiful and the bar staff were amazing and friendly. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax after a day of shopping.
The service from everyone was great. A lovely welcome when we arrived and a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise after a long day. Great food and personal service in the No6 Lounge which was very relaxed. Lovely comfortable room and the perfect breakfast in the morning. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked
reception was lovely had a relaxed modern vibe to it. bar and restaurant beautiful. room nicely decorated a couple of issues with plumbing and noise levels but quickly sorted by kausar the receptionist. as for the pool and steam room etc I think management should have a close look at who cleans them facilities because me and my girlfriend walked in the steam room and there was a build up of dirt and grime on the tiles so walked straight back out of it.
Had a mid week break here. Was lovely and relaxing with a swim/jacuzzi and then dinner in the restaurant. Very comfortable and clean. Free parking. Would definitely stay again.
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. On arrival we were upgraded to a king room without requesting and because we took an eco room we were giving a bottle of wine. Nice touch! All staff were really pleasant and helpful. Special mention for Philip who was so welcoming on arrival and organised all the extras above😊 Very centrally located. Breakfast lovely. All in all a great stay!!!
perfect stay, thank you so much, they upgraded and decorated our room as it was for my boyfriends birthday.
we walked into the city centre (20 mins) and got Ubers (£6) perfect location. All staff that we have interactions with (reception, cleaners, bar) were all so friendly. thank you!
Came for New Years weekend with my boyfriend & we had the most relaxing weekend! The hosts were absolutely amazing, so accommodating & even organised a New Years drink with all the other residents. The location is great & has a few pubs & restaurants within walking distance, the star of the show was of course the hot tub & it was nice & private & the pod had everything we needed & the bed was lovely & comfy!
