Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Super friendly. Treats and an activity bag for the kids. Food was good in the restaurant and buffet breakfast was good too.

Visited the UK for the Motorcycle live event at the NEC. This was the perfect place. The host made us feel super welcome and the NEC was a 15 minute drive from us. Breakfast was lovely in the perfect cosy breakfast room. Would definitely visit again... Hopefully for the Bike show in 2023.

The staff are really friendly, the hotel is quirky, far better than the Popular nation wide hotels. Very good. Would definitely stop again when I'm next in the area. :)
